The special feature of this Ph.D. program is that the results of students’ learning and research will contribute to industrial applications. The industry and the college will work closely together to plan and implement advanced and industrially competitive R&D topics. Students’ dissertation topics will be overseen by the advisor and the cooperative enterprise. The cooperative enterprise may regularly or randomly review the progress of the dissertation. The outcomes and rewards from the R&D will be handled according to the contract set by the university and the enterprise.
